Fun Weekend!

This weekend I went with my parents to visit my sister. On Sunday, my niece was baptized and my nephew turned 2! It was a very busy and exciting weekend at their house. Miles has really (as Leigh puts it) had a vocabulary explosion. He has all of the sudden started spitting out tons of words, some of which are hilarious! The funniest word of the weekend was "shoot!" We don't know if he really even knows what it means, but sometimes he does say it in the correct context. For example, I was dressing him one morning and grabbed a t-shirt that was too small. It was obvious as I tried to force it over his head and he belts out "shoot!" I had tears rolling down from laughing so hard :) Also, Miles finally says my name!! At first he would call me KeKe, then it turned into Cookie, and then Cookies, and then Ken, and finally this weekend it's Kendall! Yeah!

We went to Ben and Jerry's one night and Miles enjoyed his first ice cream cone! When he stood up he even had chocolate chips on his bottom! Also, he hasn't quite grasped the idea of a natural smile :)

We ended the day by watching a Thomas the Train video. Miles was holding Harper's hand and it was so sweet!
